These terms are between you and Hidstech Ltd. By using CertDepth you agree to them.

Credits

• New accounts receive 20 free credits once. Credits are bought in packs, work on every certification on the site and do not expire.
• Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts.
• If a payment is refunded, the credits it bought are removed from your balance.
• If we accept your report that a question's answer key was wrong, the credits you spent on it are returned.

The content

• All questions are original practice material. They are not real exam items and we make no promise that you will pass any exam.
• You may use the content for your own study. Copying, scraping, republishing or reselling it is not allowed.
• CertDepth is independent of every certification body; see the trademarks page.

Your account

One account per person. We may suspend accounts used to scrape or resell content, or to abuse payments.

Liability and law

CertDepth is provided as is. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Contact: support@hidstech.co.uk.
