CertDepth is run by Hidstech Ltd, based in the United Kingdom. This page explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

• From Google sign-in: your Google account ID, email address, name and profile picture. We use them to run your account and nothing else.
• Your study activity: the questions you open, your answers, the confidence you choose, the time each answer takes, and your exam simulations. This powers your dashboard.
• Credits and payments: your credit history and, for each purchase, the Stripe checkout reference, amount and currency. Card details go to Stripe and never reach us.
• Reports you send about a question.

What we do not do

• No advertising trackers, no selling or sharing of your data, no session recording.
• The only cookie is the one that keeps you signed in.

Who processes data for us

• Google (sign-in), Stripe (payments), Hetzner (hosting, in the EU).

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, or for your account and data to be deleted, by writing to support@hidstech.co.uk. Payment records we must keep by law are kept for that period only.
